Items will be returned to the site on the following delivery day. Specialty items (such as leathers/ suedes, alteration/ repair...) require additional time.
You will be billed in accordance with the billing option you selected when registering.

Orders are returned to the pickup/drop off site on the following delivery day. Excluding specialty items and or services such as leathers suedes, alterations and repairs.
To become a New Delivery Customer you must register using one of the methods below. Once registered, a complimentary garment bag with attached personal identification tag will be dropped off at your location’s delivery site on the following delivery day.

To become a customer simply fill out the registration
form, place it in the bag (you may include clothing if you
want an order processed), and leave it at the site.
A complimentary garment bag with attached personal
identification tag along with your order will be returned
to the site on the following delivery day.

There is no obligation, no contract to sign. Customers are billed and utilize the service on an individual basis. The business/ residential establishment provides us only with the necessary space to maintain the delivery site. Usually a closet.
